Sr. Web Developers (PHP, MySQL, Linux, Java)

Our Client is a Product Development Corporation with its Software and Web Development Centre in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR). It is currently in the process of building a technically strong, enthusiastic & confident team in India to service and support its global clients.

Location : Gurgaon / NCR / Delhi Region

Key Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, test and implement innovative solutions to business needs
  • Provide exceptional Customer service
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to other team members
  • Plan and co-ordinate both application and infrastructure upgrades
  • Work with Support team and Production Support to minimize down time and improve supportability
  • Investigate, verify, and document defect reports
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead on architectural improvements
  • Convert information gathered from customers during support calls into application improvements
  • Leadership, coaching and mentoring to a team of junior and intermediate Analysts that supports and models teambuilding, issue resolution, superior communication skills, results orientation and forms alignment of the team to deliver goals and objectives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree with 3-7 years experience in System Design and Development (Java, HTML, JSP, PHP, Java scripting and AJAX)
  • Thorough knowledge of web based applications and systems and be experienced in both Windows and Linux
  • Experienced on MySQL and oracle database
  • Full knowledge of SDLC
  • Certified Software Quality Analyst (desired)
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience
  • Effective oral and written communication, Analytical and problem solving ability
  • Work effectively as part of the team with minimal supervision
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment and under pressure is a plus
  • Knowledge of Photoshop / Dreamweaver desired
