Indian company Reliance Industries will open its first American manufacturing plant near Kinston, creating 204 jobs and investing $215 million over the next five years, Gov. Mike Easley’s office said Friday.

India based global integrated technology and operations company iGate Global Solutions Limited’s new US$ 2 million information and technology facility began its operations on Friday in the picturesque and affluent Australian gold mining city of Ballarat.
