  • We do not believe in compromising on long-term vision for short-term gains neither do we believe in compromising on quality for making visible improvements in quantity. We value relationships with our clients and candidates and make every effort to protect the interest of both. 
  • Communication with candidates is a pivotal process in our work practice. Due emphasis is laid on understanding the expectations & preferences of people before they are considered suitable for recommendation. We also counsel our candidates in areas where some direction could help them make better career decisions. 
  • Communication with clients is another fundamental process through which we ensure regular feedback on candidates recommended by us. 

Response to Applicants

  • Profiles which meet all the prescribed requisites and are finally shortlisted for recommendation to the Employers will be so recommended with the prior consent of the Applicant. It is neither feasible nor possible to respond to all the Applicants individually. Nevertheless, if any individual profile is subsequently found meeting the specifications in some other requirement / context it may be taken up for further consideration, but in all such cases also, prior consent of the Applicant will be taken before finalizing the recommendation.
  • The shortlisting of the candidate is done strictly in the light of the requirements specified by our client(s). Despite the fact that a candidate may perceive that s/he meets all the standards specified in the advertisement(s), it would not entitle him/her to claim shortlisting against such advertisement(s).
